After the introduction of export regulations, in the United States April blocking Nvidias H20 chip sales to China and adsorbing a $5.5 billion charge as a result of it the chips are now stranded in Nvidias inventory due to canceled orders despite being compliant, with past export standards.

In 12 to 15 months Nvidia anticipates that these locations will be ready, for production.
